初訪問。土曜日ランチ利用。 閉店少し前に訪問、店内はカウンター、テーブル、座敷と適度な広さ… 塩豚骨ラーメンと半ライスを注文 豚骨スープは臭みもなく濃厚○ 麺は豚骨ラーメンに良く合う正統派細麺、もちろん茹で加減もバッチリでした 付け合わせのチャーシューと煮卵も○ 替え玉(100円) 辛し高菜と紅しょうが、生ニンニクが卓上調味料として。コスパも○ 高菜は思いの外辛味が強いので少しずつ入れた方が良いかもしれない 美味しかったです！ご馳走様でした！

12時30分訪問 店前には多くの人が並んでます ノートに名前を書いて待ちます ボチボチの回転の良さで程なくして着席 黒竜らーめんにネギトッピングと半チャーシュー丼を口頭注文 かための細麺にトンコツスープが絡んで美味い チャーシュー丼も半分ながらも食べ応え良し 何より嬉しい価格設定でコスパ最高です

もう何年ぶりでしょう、久しぶりの黒竜。 土曜日11時50分着。 食べたいなと思って伺っても早くに暖簾が下がってあることが結構あったけど、待ち３組で10分で着席。 我が家はテッパンのとんこつしょうゆとミニチャーシュー丼。 奥さんいわく、チャーシュー丼はここがNo. 1。 今日はバイトさん含め4人体制だったので、提供が早く、回転も早い。 ラーメンは自家製麺になってたんですね。この麺が細くて伸びにくく、ぱっつんぱっつんしていて、小麦の香りがいい感じ。 美味しくて替え玉120円×3回食べてしまった。 スープはあっさり目でいいバランスです。 生ニンニクを潰して、自家製の辛子高菜を入れて、最後まで楽しめましたー このご時世、低価格でがんばっていられて、地元で永く続いて欲しい貴重なお店です。
